Shimano Plays 4000 Electric Reel

This reel is poised to be the new basic of powerful electric reels, with a body that is redesigned to be low profile, enabling the user to control with a single hand. The Thumb Rest Clutch and Quick Return Clutch further enhances your handling of the reel while MUTEKI MOTOR greatly increases the power and speed. A smoother and stronger drag is achieved with Carbon Cloth Washer and the newly added function Instant Stop allows the angler to instantly stop retrieving with just a press of a button.

 

Features

Hagane Body – Made of highly rigid materials such as aluminium and magnesium. Weight has been greatly reduced while reel flexure, warp and distortion has been eliminated, allowing for smooth reeling with little power loss.

S-ARB – Sheilded Anti-Rust bearings are similar to A-RB, but feature additional shields for the ultimate protection.

RAKU/Speed Mode – Select between Radu or Speed Mode. Raku Mode: maintain constant tension and winding according to the load on the end of the line. Speed Mode: Maintain constant speed regardless of load.
