Time to put some fire in your fishing with the new Fuego LT spin reel range. Bearing the famous Fuego name the new version features the LT’s Light Tough Concept to deliver anglers a reel that impresses in looks and wows in performance.

Lighter, stronger, tougher and advanced in design and performance the Fuego LT features Daiwa’s Digigear gears for enhanced gear smoothness, strength and power.

New gears is just the tip of the iceberg with an ultra light Long Cast ABS aluminium spool, Zaion V material body, MagSeal, Perfect Line Stopper, Machined Aluminium Handle, and Air Rotor combining to make the Fuego LT one of the standout reels in the Daiwa range.

Available in six different sizes, ranging from the 2000-XH through to the 6000-H, the Fuego LT heralds a new age for the famous name.

Features:

ABS-LONGCAST – Compared to conventional spools, the LC-ABS has been shown to increase the average flight distance by approx. 5% due to its reduced weight and modified shape.

AIR-BAIL – Daiwa’s innovative bail design features a hollow tubular stainless steel bail that delivers maximum rigidity and strength with minimum weight. Featuring a smooth protrusion-free design and construction line easily slides unencumbered along the Air Bail towards the line roller for trouble free line control.

AIR-ROTOR – Lighter, stronger and more balanced than any rotor system that’s come before, ‘Air Rotor’ delivers a great leap forward in rotor design and function and delivers the ultimate line roller support. Made from Zaion and featuring a redesigned arch that disperses pressure to the lower section of the rotor to reduce stressing and flexing, the design is further enhanced with a hollowed out construction reducing weight, while increasing reel sensitivity and rotational balance.

ATD-DRAG – Daiwa’s Automatic Tournament Drag uses an improved drag grease that exhibits a low viscosity at rest, yet becomes more viscous immediately after drag start up. This reduces initial drag start-up inertia and combined with the structural changes of the ATD Drag System results in a smoother drag from the initial hook up.

INFINITE ANTI REVERSE – Daiwa’s advanced system that limits rearward backplay handle movement to almost zero for solid hooksets with less shock to the reel. The result is the elimination of handle slap-back and the unwanted release of line.

LT CONCEPT – LT (Light Tough) technology is based four key elements, Lighter, Tougher, more drag, and more bearings. Featuring a new compact body design and Tough Digigear LT reels introduce a new level of lightness and toughness to spin reel design.

MAGSEALED-BODY – Ultimate protection is delivered to the engine room of the reel with a magnetised oil seal located on the main shaft of the reel’s rotor shutting the door to the elements and unwanted intruders. Dust, water, and salt intrusion into the inner workings of a reel are a thing of the past with MagSeal.

PERFECT LINE STOPPER – Our new larger rectangular flexible clip that can be used from all line angles and from light to heavy lines.

SCREW IN HANDLE – Simplicity and effortless at its finest a screw-in handle features on our mid to high-end reels. Handle removal is as simple as back winding the handle, or forward winding for handle installation.

TOUGH DIGIGEAR – A further evolution of its predecessor Digigear, Tough Digigear is our brand new digitally designed, machine cut gearing system that ensures ultimate gear precision, rotational smoothness, and strength.
